At HE HEARTS ARTS, every piece is carefully created, packaged, and inspected before shipment. Because our artwork and products are often original, limited, or made to order, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order, product details, dimensions, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund for damaged artwork:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Send clear photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping box.
- Keep the original artwork and all packaging until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.
If the damage is verified, HE HEARTS ARTS will provide instructions for returning the damaged piece. The artwork must be returned before a full refund is issued.
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Important
Refunds are only available for artwork that arrives damaged. We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction after delivery when the artwork arrives in its original condition.
HE HEARTS ARTS reserves the right to review each damage claim individually and may request additional documentation.
